Tången has signed an agreement to acquire TriNorth Solutions AB, an established system integrator specializing in technical solutions for public transport and security. Closing took place on 24 March 2026.

TriNorth develops and integrates technical systems for public transport and delivers solutions in areas such as passenger information, ticketing systems, fleet management, child safety and video surveillance. The company also provides installation, service and aftermarket support, offering a complete end-to-end solution within its field. TriNorth serves public transport customers across Sweden and operates from offices in Sundsvall and Strängnäs. The company generates annual revenues of approximately SEK 30 million with solid profitability.

TriNorth will become part of Tången’s business area Regulatory Competence and will continue to operate with the same strong focus on customers and market.
