Tången has entered into an agreement to acquire 70.4 percent of the shares in Select Telecom AB, a provider of communication and technology solutions for Swedish companies. Following completion of the transaction, Select Telecom will become part of Tången’s Service business area. Closing is planned for 31 August 2026.
Select Telecom helps companies develop, simplify and improve the efficiency of their communications. Its offering includes operator-independent advisory services, business subscriptions, advanced switchboard solutions, hardware management, digital contract management and IoT-based connectivity.
Through tailored solutions and ongoing advisory services, Select Telecom can address both individual communication needs and more complex, organisation-wide solutions. The company generates approximately SEK 60 million in revenue with good profitability and is headquartered in Växjö, with a local presence in Norrköping, Kalmar, Trelleborg and Gotland.

Select Telecom’s CEO, CFO and other key employees will remain in the business and continue as shareholders following the transaction.
