Göfast Gruppen AB has acquired Promea Plåtslageri AB. The acquisition was completed on 27 February and strengthens Göfast Gruppen’s offering within sheet metal works while further developing its building services operations in the Gothenburg region.

Promea Plåtslageri is an established sheet metal contractor focused on service and renovation (ROT) projects. Over many years, the company has built a strong market presence in Gothenburg and surrounding areas.

The previous owner, Filip Stävhammar, will remain as a co-owner and continue to be active in the company.
