Tången has entered into an agreement to acquire 75 percent of the shares in Indikator – Institutet för kvalitetsindikatorer Fenix AB. The transaction was completed on 8 September 2026, and Indikator, one of Sweden’s leading survey companies, is now part of Tången’s Service business area.
Indikator provides qualified services within survey design, data collection, questionnaire design, statistics and analysis. The company conducts, among other things, surveys and opinion polls as well as target group analyses for customers in both the public and private sectors.
Its customers include government agencies, municipalities, regions, universities, media companies and private businesses. Indikator has a high share of recurring customers and long-term contracts, and regularly conducts public opinion polls and analyses within politics, society and the economy. The company provides, among other things, Swedish Television’s election compass and Swedish Radio’s voter barometer.
Indikator generates revenue of just over SEK 60 million, has a track record of good profitability and is headquartered in Gothenburg. The company has approximately 15 employees.

Tången is acquiring 75 percent of the shares in Indikator. The company’s key employees will own the remaining shares.
