Effective January 1, 2024, Per Skånberg will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board at Tången, with a focus on developing the company’s board work. Per will continue to play an active role in working with our portfolio companies and hold specific responsibility for our acquisition activities. At the same time, Nina Bergman will take on the role of CEO of Tången, responsible for leading the company’s day-to-day operations. Nina will continue to head Tången’s finance organization and portfolio company work as she does today. We see this distribution of responsibilities as a natural step in creating the right conditions for our growth and development plans. Apart from these changes, the organization remains unchanged.
