The companies have an engagement agreement with MAQS Law Firm regarding legal matters and regulatory compliance. The person with primary responsibility for our legal and compliance work is attorney Anton Olsson. The compliance officer’s role is to ensure that the companies comply with applicable regulations and to provide us with the necessary information and support to manage our operations in line with relevant rules and guidelines. The compliance officer reports directly to the board of directors and the CEO.
