On November 1, 2024, Tången acquired 100% of the shares in Elfcon, a company with extensive experience in maritime and container repair services. Headquartered in Gothenburg, Elfcon operates at strategic locations in the outer ports of Gothenburg, Zeebrugge, and Travemünde. The company specializes in the repair and maintenance of load-carrying equipment, including port terminal equipment, and also offers sales of second-hand roll trailers and containers that can be customized to meet customer needs.
This acquisition enhances Tången’s service and maintenance offering and complements our existing operations within AB Sjuntorp. Leveraging Elfcon’s extensive expertise and long-standing customer relationships, we see new opportunities to expand our services for niche industries.
