Tången has announced the sale of Zerva AB, a leading wholesaler and supplier of cleaning and hygiene products, to AllOffice Nordic AB. The transaction, announced today, will see AllOffice assume ownership on March 1, marking an important step forward for both companies.

Based in Skaraborg, Zerva AB has built a strong reputation for its wide range of cleaning machines, detergents, tools, and consumables. The company has also been recognized for its commitment to customer training in efficient and environmentally sustainable working methods.

This divestment enables Tången to focus on our other portfolio companies and strengthen our clear position in the value chain.
