On October 1, 2025, Tången acquired Westcomp AB, a company with long-standing
experience and strong technical expertise in electronic components and logistics
solutions.

Westcomp ensures component availability for electronics manufacturers and
industrial companies through customized solutions. The company is headquartered
in Mölndal, has a turnover of approximately SEK 200 million, and employs around 25
people. Its history dates back to the late 1980s, and since 2001 Westcomp has
operated as an independent company.

“We are pleased that Westcomp now has a long-term owner and we look forward to
continuing to develop the company together with our customers,” says Ralf Haglund,
CEO of Westcomp AB.

For Tången, the acquisition further strengthens and broadens the Industrial
Technology business area, while Westcomp gains new opportunities to grow with the
support of a stable and long-term owner.
