Tången has entered into an agreement to acquire Celab Communications AB. The transaction will be completed on December 29, 2025.

Celab Communications provides tailored solutions for organisations with mission-critical communication needs. The company’s customers include public authorities, public transport operators, energy providers, defence organisations and public safety services. Celab is headquartered in Kungälv and employs approximately 50 people.

For Tången, the acquisition strengthens and further broadens the business area Regulatory Competence, creating new opportunities to meet customers’ increasing requirements for secure and critical communication solutions.
