Annual General Meeting 2025 – with a view of both the sea and the future.
On May 15, Tången held its Annual General Meeting – in an inspiring setting aboard the East Indiaman Götheborg. A special thanks goes to Greencarrier for hosting us in this unique venue, a landmark in Gothenburg’s business history.
Following the meeting, we presented the start of the year as well as our business plan for the coming years. We look forward to continued strong development – together!
Among other resolutions, the meeting approved an increased dividend of SEK 3,477 per share.
